National Better Living Association (NBLA) Hearings
NBLA HEARING POSTPONED: The Office of Commissioner of Insurance issued an Amended Show Cause order in the matter of National Better Living Association Inc. (NBLA). The Amended Show Cause order was issued as a result of an investigation into the business practices of NBLA and its affiliates.
That order is not final. NBLA and others will be given an opportunity to contest the findings of the order and “show cause” as to why the Commissioner should not take action against NBLA. The hearing is being referred to the Office of Administrative Hearings (OSAH) for a recommended decision from that office. Once the date of the hearing is determined, it will be posted on this website.
