Example B - 30-year-old married female. One speeding ticket 10 miles over speed limit within past 12 months. One "at fault" accident within past 36 months. Drives 12 miles round trip to work daily. 12,000 miles annually.
Example C - 28-year-old married male. One speeding ticket 10-20 miles over speed limit within past 30 months. One DUI within past 12 months – SR 22 filing required. Drives 20 miles round trip to work daily. Over 15,000 miles annually.
Example D - 65-year-old married retired couple. Clean driving records. Pleasure use of vehicle. Less than 7,500 miles annually. Senior citizen or other age-related discounts applied if applicable.
Example E - 35-year-old single female with 17-year old youthful male operator (10% use – Driver’s Education course). Both have clean driving records. Drives less than 10 miles round trip to work daily. 12,000 miles annually.
Example F - 19-year old single female. One speeding ticket 10 miles over speed limit within past 12 months. No accidents. Drives 12 miles round trip to work daily. Over 15,000 miles annually.
Example G - 19-year-old single male. Same driving record and mileage as Example F.
Example H - 19-year-old single female. Clean driving record. Drives 12 miles round trip to work daily. Over 15,000 miles annually.
Example I - 19-year-old single male. Clean driving record. Drives 12 miles round trip to work daily. Over 15,000 miles annually.
